La Pangée develops several initiatives in partnership with local, national, and European organizations to build a more open, inclusive, and creative society. European and international projects are a concrete way to foster dialogue between territories, share practices, and enable young people, artists, associations, and residents to have intercultural experiences.
A network of committed partners
Our projects are always built in cooperation with local structures: associations, cultural venues, local authorities, social economy enterprises or medical-social structures.
Our vision is clear: Pangée is first and foremost a local organization working for the development of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The design, management, and development of transnational projects aim to coordinate and network a local community in need. These projects facilitate the mobility of our partners, share popular education methods, develop artistic and cultural collaborations, strengthen local community organizations, and open the region to new opportunities.
Current Programs and Partnerships
We are currently working with several European partners on various initiatives. In particular, we are leading the FLOW project with our partner Clash! . This is a Franco-German mobility program that brings young people together around an artistic and intercultural project.

For two weeks, 16 participants aged 18 to 30 (8 residents in Germany and 8 in France) will come together to create a show around the theme of water, explore their respective cultures and live an international collective experience.
This project is supported by the OFAJ (Franco-German Youth Office) and aims to encourage encounters between young Europeans through artistic creation and popular education.
The FLOW project unfolds in two phases:
- A week in Berlin and Potsdam from Sunday 17th to Sunday 24th May 2026
- A week in Bordeaux from Sunday 18th to Sunday 25th October 2026
[This project is complete]
Who can participate? The project is open to young people aged 18 to 30:
- Living in France or Germany
- Interested in art, culture, ecology or civic engagement
- Wanting to have a collective intercultural experience
Prior artistic experience is an asset, but not essential. Motivation, curiosity, and a desire to participate are the most important elements. A beginner level of German or French is required; any other language is a plus.
Collaborate with us
Through these projects, Pangée aims to support the mobility and engagement of European citizens by celebrating diverse stories, languages, and identities. Our association works to connect local initiatives with European dynamics, and we are always open to new collaborations, so don't hesitate to contact us!
