Marina, A dedicated worker in the non-profit sector and committed to the fight against discrimination, she is passionate about languages and has also gained experience abroad. As coordinator of the association, she manages administrative tasks, event production, and also handles outreach and partnership development.
Bernie, Co-founder of the Bienvenue collective, an organization working to change society's perception of refugees and improve their conditions. She helps build lasting connections between communities, particularly in the various squats across the metropolitan area. She is the association's president and a peace facilitator.
Médéric, A cultural project engineer, musician, and tireless human rights advocate, he has worked for Amnesty International, Darwin Ecosystem, the Golden Gate (Berlin), FIFIB, and the community café Le Petit Grain. A true jack-of-all-trades, he works both as an artist and as a production manager.
François, An actor and committed artist, he holds a master's degree in cultural project management. Working with cultural organizations between Paris and Bordeaux, he strives to make practices more collective and collaborative, notably at Arc-en-Rêve and the Carreau du Temple. He also provides support to the activities of La Pangée.
The Pangée Board of Directors is gender-balanced, it is composed of 8 members ranging from 27 to 71 years old: Bernie Calatayud, Françoise Doué, Charlène Drouet, Olga Andriambeloma, Pablo Barcelo, Mathieu Audubert, Margaux Fourage and Simon Lacombe.
This Board of Directors forms the core of the association, but more than 60 people, mostly volunteers, make up the Tribe of Pangaea: Xavi, Dan, Jérémie, Junior, Jakub, Kenza, Koumba, Thibault, Pierre, José, Marie-Lucille, Osvaldo, Khedidja… Everyone is welcome so if you want to take part in this project, contact us!
